Terms of Use

Platform: Roomie IA web system, including all its features, tools and resources accessible through the roomie.ia.br domain.

User: Individual who creates an account and uses the Platform to manage their architectural projects and renders.

Services: Set of features offered by the Platform, including generation of photorealistic renders from sketches using Artificial Intelligence, and architectural project organization.

User Content: All information, 3D models, sketches, floor plans and images provided by the User to the Platform.

AI (Artificial Intelligence): Automated processing resources using artificial intelligence models (GPT-4o, Gemini 3) for spatial understanding, generation of architectural textures, lights and materials.

2.1. By creating an account or using any Platform feature, the User declares that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2.2. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must not use the Platform.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3.1. To use the Services, the User must:

• Be 18 years of age or older or have authorization from a legal guardian;
• Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials;
• Be responsible for all activities performed on their account.

3.2. The User can create an account using email with a temporary verification link or through social authentication providers (Google).

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms or are used for illegal activities.

4.1. The Platform offers three types of plans:

• Starter Plan (Free): Limited access to 100 rendering credits per month, 1K resolution, Render and Edit modes, watermark on images. Users on this plan will never be charged.
• Pro Plan: 1000 credits/month, 1K and 4K resolution, all modes (Render, Edit, Detail, Upscale), unlimited projects and scenes, no watermark, full history. This plan is paid monthly or annually through a recurring subscription model with credit card and option to cancel at any time.
• Business Plan: 2000 credits/month, all Pro features, priority WhatsApp support, discounted extra credits and guaranteed commercial license. This plan is paid monthly or annually through a recurring subscription model.

4.2. Payment processing is done through Stripe, a secure third-party provider certified PCI-DSS.

4.3. Paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual), with a 7 (seven) day free trial period and 100 credits for new subscribers.

4.4. Billing will be automatically charged to the registered payment method at the end of the trial period and automatically after the first charge.

4.5. The User can cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe management portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.6. We do not offer proportional refunds for subscription cancellation mid-cycle. Instead, the user will have access to plan features until the end of the current billing period.

4.7. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing users will maintain the contracted price during the notice period.

5.1. The User may use the Platform to:

• Upload and manage architectural sketches or screenshots;
• Create and organize projects and scenes (rooms or facades);
• Generate renders in various qualities and visual styles;
• Download the generated images in high resolution;
• Use AI features for advanced image details and enhancements (Premium);

5.2. It is expressly prohibited:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system or other users' data;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform;
• Automate access through bots, scrapers or similar tools without authorization;
• Overload the infrastructure with excessive request volume;
• Use the Platform to store or transmit offensive, illegal or malicious content;
• Resell, sublicense or transfer access to the Platform to third parties.

6.1. The Platform uses AI models (OpenAI's GPT-4o for analyzing and transcribing images and Google Gen AI's Gemini 3 for generating photorealistic rendered images).

6.2. When using AI features, the User understands and agrees that:

• Base images are processed by third-party services (OpenAI and generative AI providers) for visual synthesis;
• The renders generated by AI are creative interpretations of the sketches;
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI analyses;
• We do not permanently store sent images - only metadata of extracted transactions;
• OpenAI does not use data sent via API for model training.

6.3. The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of confirmed and saved data on the Platform.

7.1. All Platform content, including source code, design, logos, texts, graphics and features, is the exclusive property of Roomie IA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2. The User retains all rights to the Content they provide to the Platform (projects, selected base images, etc.).

7.3. By using the Platform, the User grants us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to process, store and display their Content exclusively to provide the Services.

7.4. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any part of the Platform is prohibited.

8.1. The collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We implement technical and organizational security measures, including:

• Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
• Data isolation through Row Level Security (RLS) in the database;
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT;
• Regular automatic backups;
• Access monitoring and suspicious activities.

8.3. Despite security measures, no system is 100% secure. The User acknowledges the inherent risks of using the internet.

9.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2. We are not responsible for:

• Design decisions, structural specifications, or final approvals made based on renders generated on the Platform;
• Errors, visual anomalies or architectural distortions generated by AI in the images;
• Data loss caused by third-party failures (Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI);
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates;
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform;
• Third-party actions, including cyber attacks or security breaches.

9.3. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months of subscription.

9.4. We do not provide architectural designs or technical reports. The Platform is a visual support tool and does not replace architects or engineers.

10.1. We seek to keep the Platform available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10.2. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible;
• Modify, suspend or discontinue features temporarily or permanently;
• Establish usage and storage limits;
• Block access in case of violation of these Terms.

11.1. The User may terminate their account at any time through Platform settings or by requesting support.

11.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms.

11.3. After account termination, the User will have 30 days to export their data. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

11.4. Amounts already paid will not be refunded in case of account termination.

12.1. We are committed to compliance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and respect all data subject rights.

12.2. The User has the right to:

• Confirmation of the existence of processing of their data;
• Access to stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary data;
• Data portability in structured format;
• Revocation of consent;
• Information about data sharing with third parties.

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

13.2. The jurisdiction of the district is elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
